Dressing:
- Always put on the product by "rolling" (not pulling) and place it carefully in place.
- ALWAYS wear the compression product against the skin, i.e. do not leave e.g. a gift etc. under the compressing product.
- The product should also be removed by rolling.
Compression ankle braces
Dressing:
- Put on and take off the ankle supports by carefully "rolling" them into place and place the heel cup carefully in place.
- Wear compression ankle supports as the lowest layer against the skin if you use so-called normal sock.
- If you use ankle supports together with compression socks, then the ankle support is worn over the compression sock.
- The support can be used during the performance, e.g. in a training shoe together with a sock. Can also be used in the treatment of injuries as such without a sock.
Compression knee braces
Dressing:
- Put on and take off the knee braces always by "rolling", NOT by pulling on the upper rib.
- NOTE! The supports should be worn so that 2/3 of the support goes above the knee and 1/3 remains below the knee. In addition, the braces should be worn directly against the bare skin, and you should remove the extra "pull" from their upper part by placing the braces properly in place.

- Used during execution, use can be started e.g. 15-30 min. before execution

Dressing:
- Always put on the product by "rolling" (not pulling) and place it carefully in place. ALWAYS wear the compression product against the skin, i.e. do not leave e.g. a gift etc. under the compressing product. The product should also be removed by rolling.
Getting started:
- It usually takes 1-3 training sessions to get used to the compression pressure, so don't start using the compression product in e.g. a competition event

- Used during performance, use can be started 30-45 min before performance

Compression sleeves
Dressing:
- Always put on and take off sleeves by "rolling" instead of pulling.
- Put the sleeves up enough so that the top rib of the sleeves comes close to the armpit.
- ALWAYS wear the compression product against the skin, i.e. do not leave e.g. a shirt sleeve etc. under the product.
- The reinforced honeycomb zone of the sleeves comes on the outside of the elbow.
